Sailboat Bend Art Festival has partnered with the Central City Alliance to take this already amazing event to a whole new level! Not only does this event have a plethora of fun things to do, it is also offering a sneak peak into an area that will soon emerge as Fort Lauderdale’s next arts and cultural district! Who says? Joshua Tiktin, creator of the SBAF, pioneer of Wynwood, co-founder of the MASS District, and pioneer of Washington DC’s “U St. Corridor”, that’s who!

Sailboat Bend is located just north of Sunrise Blvd/MASS District, and Home Depot. The popular coffee shop, “Warsaw” is located right here on 13th! The festival takes place between NE 6th Ave. and NE 8th Ave.
